Take a “mindfulness walk”

On my “mindfulness walk” this afternoon, I noticed a spiderweb, a piece of blue ribbon juxtaposed on green grass, the first buds of spring, tulips pushing their way out of the ground, an abandoned red glove. Noticing a woman walking with a bridle Basenji, I stopped to chat with her and swap Basenji stories.
