Stuck indoors? Good time for training!

If “the weather outside is frightful” where you live, good news! It’s a great time to do some indoor training with your dog. You can review the basics like sit, stand, come, focus, and wait – then try something new, such as shake (shake hands) or down. Grab some pieces of cardboard, set up 6″ to 8″ barriers to create an obstacle course, and exercise your dog by asking him to jump over them.

Many folks here in Seattle are snowed in this week and expecting a “Snowmageddon” this evening!
